Tenerife's Zona in Playa de las Américas is drawing crowds with its acclaimed, extensive weekend brunch, widely touted as the largest in the Canary Islands and available for €35 for two.

Brunch, a mix of breakfast and lunch, started in the UK in the late 1800s as a social meal for the upper class after parties. It has since become popular worldwide, and in Spain, it's now a big food trend.

Social media creators @guachinchesmodernos recently showcased their experience at Zona, with Jonay wondering, "Can two people really eat all of this?"

In Tenerife, more and more people are enjoying brunch – that relaxed meal combining breakfast and lunch, perfect for savoring good food and company.

Zona, located in Tenerife, has taken brunch to a new level. Many believe it offers the biggest brunch in the Canary Islands. For just 35 euros for two people, you get a huge spread including natural juices, coffees, fruit, cold cuts, sandwiches, wraps, pancakes, sweets, and much more. Just remember, you need to book ahead to enjoy it.

Beyond brunch, Zona also has a diverse à la carte menu for lunch and dinner, featuring dishes like burgers, salads, pokes, baos, hot dogs, and sharing plates.

From 7:00 PM, the vibe changes as a DJ sets the mood for an evening gathering, making it a popular spot in Playa de las Américas.

With a dedicated children's area, Zona is a great choice for families. Adults can indulge in a massive brunch, packed with both sweet and savory treats – so much that two people might struggle to finish it all!

You'll find Zona in Playa de las Américas, inside the Parque Santiago 6 Shopping Center.

Zona opens daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. However, their famous brunch is only served on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

It's known as one of the most comprehensive brunches on Tenerife's south coast, designed for guests to relax and soak up the flavors and atmosphere of Playa de las Américas.
