Worker Killed on TF-1 Highway Near Fañabé
A 57-year-old road worker died after being struck by a vehicle on the TF-1 highway in Tenerife on Tuesday night.
A worker has died after being hit by a car on the TF-1 highway near Fañabé, Adeje, Tenerife, on Tuesday night.
The 57-year-old was working on the road when the accident happened. Emergency services were called to the scene at 11:11 p.m. on October 21, 2025.
A medical ambulance and a basic life support ambulance arrived, along with the Civil Guard, firefighters, and highway maintenance workers.
Sadly, the medical team could not save the worker, who had suffered serious injuries.
The Civil Guard is investigating the cause of the accident. Highway maintenance workers helped to clear the road.
