Woman Moderately Injured As Car Overturns In El Rosario

A woman suffered moderate injuries when her vehicle overturned on Friday night on Cascajal street in El Rosario. The accident occurred at 11:13 PM, according to the Canary Islands' 1-1-2 emergency services.
After receiving the alert, 112 immediately sent emergency teams to the scene. These included firefighters from the Tenerife Fire Consortium, personnel from the Canarian Emergency Service (SUC), and local police officers.
The car had landed on its side. Firefighters secured the vehicle and then freed the woman who was trapped inside. SUC medical staff then assessed and treated her for her moderate injuries. She was taken by an advanced life support ambulance to the University Hospital of the Canary Islands.
Local Police managed traffic at the site and are preparing a report to determine the cause of the accident.
