Woman Injured After Being Hit by Car in Arona
A woman suffered a moderate leg injury after being struck by a car near the Los Cristianos exit on the TF-1 highway in Arona early Tuesday morning.
A woman was hurt this Tuesday morning in Arona after being hit by a car. She suffered a moderate leg injury.
The accident happened just after 6:30 a.m. Emergency services received a call about a woman being hit by a car near a vehicle parked on the side of the TF-1 highway, close to the Los Cristianos exit. It seems the vehicle may have broken down.
Medics treated the woman at the scene and then took her to the Hospital del Sur.
The Civil Guard investigated the incident, and the Tenerife Island Council's Highway Service assisted with the operation.
