The "Bonus to Support Local Business" campaign is launching in La Laguna! Starting next Tuesday, September 2nd, at 12:00 PM, you can purchase special bonuses to help support local entrepreneurs. The campaign is organized by the city administration in collaboration with the Federation of Urban Areas of the Canary Islands (Fauca) and the La Laguna Commercial Zone (LLZC).

You can use these bonuses until September 30th in one of the 326 participating shops, cafes, or other establishments.

How does it work? Anyone can buy up to five bonuses, paying only 10 euros for each. But! The value of the purchase you can make with this bonus will be 20 euros. That is, you get a 50% discount!

Councilor for Trade, Estefanía Díaz, and President of Fauca, Abbas Moujir, explained that September was chosen deliberately. It is a time when families spend a lot of money preparing for school. The campaign will help both shoppers and stores prepare for the Christmas holidays.

"By shopping at local stores, you support our city, preserve jobs, and make our economy stronger," emphasized Estefanía Díaz. This year's campaign slogan is "Local trade is you!" In total, one million euros are planned to be invested in local businesses, of which 500,000 euros are investments from the La Laguna administration.

Abbas Moujir added that this campaign, which is being held for the fourth time, helps local entrepreneurs stay afloat. He hopes that it will be a support not only for businesses but also for families who have additional expenses in September.
