Friday, September 25th The event kicks off at 7:30 p.m. with a screening of Una casa en el pueblo (A House in the Village), a documentary about rural life in the Canary Islands by Domingo J. González.
Saturday, September 26th The day begins at 10:00 a.m. with a guided nature walk. At 12:00 p.m., Maeva Tendero will lead a tasting workshop at the Municipal Library. Local businesses are also participating: the Hotel Alta Montaña hosts a lunch and music session with Foodfellas and Jaleaa at 12:30 p.m., followed by a wine tasting and DJ set at Bodega Reverón at 1:00 p.m. In the afternoon, the "La Plasita" series takes over Plaza de San Roque until 11:00 p.m., and a cultural tour exploring local water management departs from Cafetería Restaurante La Paz at 5:00 p.m.

"La Plasita" returns to Plaza de San Roque at 2:00 p.m., followed by a traditional cooking demonstration at 3:00 p.m. The festival concludes with a 5:00 p.m. tasting at Bodega Lagar de Chasna, priced at 18 euros.
