He was last seen when he mentioned he was heading to the Ofra health center around 7:00 p.m. on Sunday; he has not been heard from since.
The search is complicated by the fact that Mr. Mesa Noda frequently traveled between Santa Cruz and La Laguna using public transport, widening the area police need to cover.
