Fussion Teatro will premiere its new play, Bianca Navajas, at the University of La Laguna’s Paraninfo on September 26th, using humor to explore the generational clash between two women working in the sex industry.

The University of La Laguna’s Paraninfo will host a new production by Fussion Teatro, Bianca Navajas, on September 26th at 8:30 p.m. The play uses humor to explore the clash between two different generations.

Written by Leonardo Abreu and directed by Aldo Tejera, the story follows two women working in the sex industry who are forced to live together. The protagonist, whose life is rooted in the 1980s, sees her routine upended when her pimp introduces Fabiana, a younger woman representing a modern approach to the profession. Their forced cohabitation highlights their differing values and expectations, while a lottery ticket serves as a catalyst for the unfolding drama.

The cast features Elizabeth Morales, Mayra Alejandra Goncalves, and Giampiero Di Bello. The performance is part of the university’s cultural program, aiming to blend social commentary with entertainment.

Tickets are available for 12 euros at www.ecoentradas.com. This premiere highlights the challenges of human relationships and survival across different generations.
