In Tenerife, thieves were arrested for stealing almost 10,000 euros from a store.

In Tenerife, in the Las Americas area, which is in the town of Arona, the police caught two women who allegedly robbed a store. They are said to have taken away almost 10,000 euros.

The police found out that the thieves acted cunningly. One entered the store before closing and quietly hid there. The other waited outside. When the store closed, the first one let in her accomplice, and they started stealing.

Investigators say that the women opened the slot machines with a special key so as not to break anything.

A few days later, the police found and detained both of them. In their car, they found part of the stolen money, the clothes one of them was wearing during the theft, and balaclavas.

With the permission of the court, the police searched the apartment of one of the suspects. There they found the rest of the money, the same key, and the clothes used during the crime.
