The accident happened in Tacoronte, on the road that links the town with Valle de Guerra and Tejina, just before the market.
The driver of a delivery truck reportedly lost control, hitting a Fiat car before crashing into the front of a house.
The truck driver was trapped in the cabin but was conscious, according to reports.
Emergency services, including local police, firefighters, and paramedics, were sent to the scene.
Police are investigating whether the truck was speeding or if the wet road contributed to the crash.
