The body of the 19-year-old girl was found in a house in the town of Los Realejos. Doctors and law enforcement officers confirmed the death.
An ambulance and the police arrived at the house in the San Agustín area, where a local resident showed no signs of life.
Investigators are currently determining the cause of death. They are also checking whether the death is related to drug use.
It is said that it happened in a one-story house in the traditional Canary style on Ruiz Andión Street.
It is not yet known who the deceased was to the owner of the house. The police are also investigating whether the owner uses drugs.
