The CEDEI LEADERSHIP 2025 program has been launched in Tenerife with a budget of 700,000 euros to support the training of professionals in the field of science and innovation.

A new CEDEI LEADERSHIP 2025 program is launching in Tenerife! It is being launched by the local authorities (Cabildo de Tenerife) through the Tenerife Science and Technology Park (PCTT). The goal is to help finance training for professionals on the island and support talented people working in important areas of science and innovation.

Rosa Dávila, President of the Cabildo, says that the training will not just be general, but designed to meet the needs of the labor market. It is important not only to train people, but also to give them the opportunity to develop here on the island and benefit local companies.

The program will help technologists and scientists improve their skills and gain new knowledge. It will also support companies that want to develop individual training plans for their employees.

A total of 700,000 euros will be invested in the program. Half is provided by the Cabildo and the other half by the participating companies. This will allow 238 people to be trained in industries that are important to the island. The program is funded by the Canary Islands Development Fund (FDCAN).

The agreement was signed on Monday, October 6. It was attended by representatives of the authorities and companies, including Agnos PCB, Atlantis Tecnología S.L.U., ATOS Consulting Canarias S.A., Aytana, Cloud Canary Services S.L., DTS, Canaria Electrónica de Energías Renovables (EAVE), Flywus, Globalan, Nartex, Omnia, Outlabs and Wooptix.

Juan José Martínez, Councillor for Innovation, noted that the authorities will continue to invest in training in areas that are not covered by the market but are important to the island. New technological industries are emerging that require special programs, and this program is one of them.

CEDEI Leadership is an investment in the development of the island's economy. It focuses on technological sectors that have great value in the digital world and cybersecurity.

The program will help local companies become more competitive, create new jobs and strengthen the innovation ecosystem on the island.

The main objectives of the program are to help companies adapt to digital technologies, attract new talented people to science and innovation, and help professionals improve their skills to work successfully in the global market.

Through this program, PCTT supports the economic development of Tenerife, putting people and their knowledge at the center of innovation.

If your company wants to participate in the program, you can find all the information about the conditions and application process on the PCTT website and on social media.
