A strange traffic light that "looks" the other way has been installed in Tenerife
A bizarre traffic light in Tenerife, installed in the wrong direction, has baffled locals and raised safety concerns.
In the capital of Tenerife, people are puzzled by a strange traffic light. It was recently installed on Rambla de Santa Cruz, at the corner of Costa Grijalba Street, but something went wrong. The traffic light is not "looking" at the pedestrian crossing, but in the other direction!
Locals joke that it is "looking at Cuenca." Of course, this is confusing and can be dangerous, as neither pedestrians nor drivers understand what is happening.
The traffic light is still crooked. People hope that the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Hall will fix it quickly.
