Tenerife B defeated Orihuela, maintaining their unbeaten streak.

Tenerife B started the match strongly and, thanks to goals from Juan Ibarra from a penalty and Viti, took a 2-0 lead before the break. In the second half, Orihuela tried to come back, but could only score one goal from a penalty.

From the first minutes, Tenerife B tried to control the ball, but Orihuela held on well. First, Ulloa shot from distance, but the home goalkeeper caught the ball. Then Juan Ibarra broke into the penalty area from the left, where he was brought down by Marc. Ibarra himself converted the penalty – 0:1.

Tenerife B, taking advantage of the opponent's confusion, could have scored again. Trilla headed the ball after a corner kick, but the ball hit the crossbar. And a minute later, Trilla made a long pass to Viti, who went one-on-one with the goalkeeper and beat him – 0:2. Viti could have scored a third goal, but goalkeeper Buigues saved the team. In response, Aragonés saved Lara's shot from the edge of the penalty area.

After the break, Orihuela stepped up their efforts to get back into the game. Sergio Aragonés had to work hard to save shots from Nacho Vila and Algisi. But in the 55th minute, he could not save the team after a penalty, which was converted by Solsona – 1:2.

At 1:2, Orihuela tried to equalize, and Lara had a great chance, but his shot went wide. Tenerife B tried to catch the opponent on counterattacks, but the main task was to defend in order to maintain the winning score.

Tenerife B and Intercity are the only teams in Group V that have not yet lost. In addition, Tenerife B has conceded the fewest goals – only two. The team now has five more points than it did at the same time last season.

In the next round, Tenerife B will play at home against Socuéllamos, who have only scored two points.
