A sports complex for 10,000 spectators with underground parking and a sports park is planned to be built in La Laguna, at a cost of approximately 32 million euros.

In La Laguna, in the Las Mantecas area, a large sports complex is planned to be built, which will accommodate up to 10,000 people. It will be possible to hold not only sports competitions there, but also concerts, fairs and other events. An underground parking lot for approximately 800 spaces will also be built.

The complex will occupy a large area – more than 40,000 square meters. The pavilion itself will be approximately 10,000 square meters, and the rest of the space will be allocated to a sports park with playgrounds, gardens and outdoor sports areas.

This was announced by the mayor of La Laguna, Luis Yeray Gutiérrez. He also said that changes are currently being prepared to the development plan for this area. At the same time, an international competition will be held to select the best project for the pavilion. The construction is expected to cost approximately 32 million euros.
