La Orotava's Liceo de Taoro will open "Territorio interior," a group exhibition featuring Julia Chillón, Nazareth Hernández, and Yaiza Hernández, on March 8 to celebrate International Women's Day and highlight art created by women.

To celebrate International Women's Day on March 8, La Orotava is adding a new art exhibition to its cultural calendar. The Liceo de Taoro will open a group show called "Territorio interior" (Inner Territory), which aims to highlight the importance of art created by women in today's world.

This exhibition is part of the Liceo de Taoro's "Marzo Mujer" (March Woman) program. It features works by artists Julia Chillón, Nazareth Hernández, and Yaiza Hernández. The show opens to the public this Friday at 7:30 PM at the Liceo de Taoro and will run until March 31.

The exhibition explores themes such as the female perspective, the idea of 'territory,' and emotional experiences, using them as visual elements in the artwork. The three artists approach these subjects in various ways, offering reflections on identity and space from a gender perspective.
