Tenerife to Host Noctámbula Festival Featuring Tomorrowland’s ‘Symphony of Unity’
The Noctámbula festival will debut at Tenerife’s Trade Fair Centre on September 12th, featuring headliners including Michenlo and the exclusive Spanish performance of Tomorrowland’s "Symphony of Unity."
The Canary Islands’ electronic music scene is gearing up for a major international event on September 12th. The Noctámbula festival will take place at the Tenerife Trade Fair Centre (Recinto Ferial de Tenerife), marking a significant step in establishing the island as a key destination for large-scale dance music.
Organizers have just added Michael Rod—widely known as Michenlo—to the festival’s headlining lineup. His inclusion highlights the event’s focus on combining club music with high-production stage shows. Rod brings a wealth of experience to the stage, having performed at Tomorrowland in Belgium last year, as well as major Spanish festivals like Medusa, Arenal Sound, A Summer Story, Dreambeach, O Son do Camiño, Zevra, and Boombastic.
Noctámbula aims to offer more than just a standard DJ set. A major highlight is the Symphony of Unity, the official symphonic project from Tomorrowland, which will make its only Spanish appearance in Tenerife. The lineup also features Matt, from the Grammy-nominated group Meduza, and internationally acclaimed Spanish DJ B Jones, reflecting the festival’s goal of appealing to a wide, diverse audience.
By hosting world-class electronic music events, Tenerife is tapping into a growing trend where large festivals play a vital role in boosting local culture and tourism. Bringing shows of this scale to the island—events that are typically reserved for the mainland or major European capitals—positions Tenerife as a serious player in the global electronic music circuit.
