Costa Adeje Tenerife's Moroccan international Sakina Ouzraoui is having a breakout season, leading Liga F in dribbles and becoming a key attacking starter.

Sakina Ouzraoui is a player who always stands out for Costa Adeje Tenerife. Every time she crosses the midfield line, it's clear she's the team's most adventurous player. The Moroccan international takes the most risks and completes the most dribbles in Liga F Moeve. With 80 dribbles this season, she leads the league, showing her signature style of constantly challenging defenders.

Not only does Sakina dribble a lot, but she's also one of the best at it. She has successfully beaten defenders 37 times, just four fewer than Elena Julve from Badalona, who holds the top spot. This achievement is even more impressive when you consider she attempts more dribbles than well-known Liga F stars like Vicky López (63 dribbles for Barcelona) and Athenea del Castillo (59 for Real Madrid).

She's a crucial part of Costa Adeje's attack. Her three 'Player of the Match' awards and 15 starts this season show she's been a regular in the starting lineup for months. In fact, the 1-1 draw against Logroño at Heliodoro Rodríguez López on matchday 14 was the only time she didn't start. She's earned her place through sheer determination and skill.

Her stats back this up: two goals and two assists. More importantly, she's consistently involved in Costa Adeje's attacking play.

This is her second season with CD Tenerife Femenino, having joined from Belgian club Anderlecht in the summer of 2024. Her improvement from last season is clear. Last season, Sakina played 1,256 minutes across the entire league and started 12 games. This season, with only half the league played and just one matchday into the second half, she's already accumulated 1,226 minutes and 15 starts. This means she's nearly matched her entire previous season's output in half the time, and has already started more games. Sakina is currently the fifth player with the most minutes for the team, behind only Patri Gavira, Natalia Ramos, Alexandra Zaremba, and Elba Vergés.

What truly defines her season is how she's cemented her place in the starting lineup. She's no longer a risky choice or a temporary fix; she's a fundamental part of the team. Her talent for creating opportunities has made her essential for the coaching staff, both under Eder Maestre and now Yerai Martín. On the field, she first played alongside Carlota. After Carlota's injury, she now partners with Gramaglia, forming a strong and complementary duo where Sakina drives forward and the Argentine reads the play.

As a regular for the Moroccan national team, having played in the 2023 World Cup and been a runner-up in the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations, Ouzraoui seems to be having her breakout season at Costa Adeje Tenerife.
