Tenerife marks the conclusion of Holy Week with a series of religious services, traditional processions, and unique cultural displays held in parishes across the island this Easter Sunday.

Easter Sunday marks the end of Holy Week in Tenerife, with parishes across the island hosting a variety of religious services and processions. These events are organized by local brotherhoods and churches, each tailoring their traditions to suit their specific community.

In the metropolitan area, the capital city centers its celebrations around the parish of Santiago Apóstol, with a procession at 12:00 p.m. This is followed by the Risen Christ procession from Nuestra Señora de las Nieves at 12:15 p.m., and another from San Francisco de Asís at 1:00 p.m., which includes stops at Plaza de la Candelaria and Plaza del Príncipe. In La Laguna, events begin at 9:00 a.m. at Santo Domingo de Guzmán. The cathedral will hold a mass with a papal blessing at 12:00 p.m., followed by a procession to the parish of La Concepción. In La Cuesta, a service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. at the parish of La Paz y la Unión.

The north of the island also has a busy schedule. In La Orotava, the parish of La Concepción will hold a solemn Eucharist and procession at 11:30 a.m., alongside various events at local convents and chapels. In Tacoronte, activities start at 9:00 a.m. at the Sanctuary of the Cristo de los Dolores. A second service at 11:00 a.m. will feature the induction of new brotherhood members, accompanied by the Santa Cecilia band. Los Realejos will also host services across its various local parishes.

In the south, celebrations are spread out to accommodate local residents. Adeje will hold a solemn Eucharist at the parish of Santa Úrsula Mártir at 11:00 a.m. In Arona, events are held throughout the area, with a notable procession of the Blessed Sacrament in the historic center. Finally, Guía de Isora concludes its "Pascua Florida," a unique display of ephemeral art made from plants that depicts scenes from the Passion, standing out as one of the island's most distinctive cultural highlights of Holy Week.
