For film lovers, TEA Tenerife Espacio de las Artes will screen Un poeta this Saturday at 7:00 p.m. Directed by Simón Mesa Soto, this Goya-nominated Colombian film is known for its distinct 16mm style and its thoughtful look at identity and life in Medellín.

Comedy fans have plenty of options this weekend. At La Laguna’s Teatro Leal, comedian Kike Pérez will perform his monologue Humo twice, at 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., exploring how digital life affects our behavior. La Laguna will also celebrate the 2026 April Fair in Las Mantecas Park. Running from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., the event will showcase the traditional food and folk music that have made it a local favorite.

Sports fans have a busy Saturday ahead as well. CD Tenerife will face Arenas at the Heliodoro Rodríguez López stadium at 5:30 p.m. Additionally, the Binter NightRun will take over the streets of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, bringing runners and spectators together for a major night of urban athletics.
