Tenerife will host the 23rd Spanish Women's Futsal Super Cup in Adeje on January 31 and February 1, bringing together the top four national teams, including current league leaders Melilla CD Torreblanca and defending champions Futsi Atlético Navalcarnero, to crown the first champion of the 2025/26 season.

This weekend, Tenerife will host the Spanish Women's Futsal Super Cup, bringing together the top four national teams for the first time in the Canary Islands. The tournament's 23rd edition will take place in Adeje, at the Las Torres Pavilion in Costa Adeje, on January 31 and February 1. This event will crown the first official champion of the 2025/26 season, and entry to watch the matches is free.

Futsi Atlético Navalcarnero (the current champions), STV Roldán, Melilla CD Torreblanca, and REYCO Burela FS will all gather in Adeje to compete in the first major women's futsal tournament of the year.

The tournament features a straight knockout format, promising excitement throughout the weekend with single-match semifinals leading to a grand final. All the action is packed into one weekend, guaranteeing maximum intensity from start to finish. Fans attending the Las Torres pavilion can look forward to thrilling futsal mornings.

The final will take place on Sunday, February 1, at 12:00 PM Canary Islands time (1:00 PM mainland Spain time). This decisive match will be broadcast live and free on Teledeporte.

While admission to the pavilion is free, an invitation is required. These invitations can be reserved online via the official platform, tickets.rfef.es, until the venue reaches full capacity.

The RFEF hopes this approach will fill the stands of the Las Torres pavilion and make the Super Cup a major showcase for women's futsal in the Canary Islands, especially with free access for fans.

The tournament features the four best teams from last season, though they arrive in very different forms. This Super Cup could signal a real shift in women's futsal, as established clubs will compete against newer teams that have recently made a name for themselves on the national scene, promising a tournament that is both evenly matched and unpredictable.

Melilla CD Torreblanca arrives in Adeje at the peak of its history. Led by Gustavo Bravo, they are the current winter champions and lead the Primera FS Iberdrola league, making them the team to beat nationally. Their squad is known for its strong defense, physicality, and knack for winning in short tournaments. They are the main contenders to lift their first Super Cup, a major title that has so far eluded them. They also boast the world's best player, Emily Marcondes.

Futsi Atlético Navalcarnero, a historical powerhouse from Madrid, are defending champions, having won last season in Móstoles, and remain a benchmark in the sport. With eight Super Cups, they are the most decorated club in the tournament's history. Their experience in finals and competitive spirit make Futsi a formidable opponent, even when they aren't the favourites. They are currently fifth in the league, outside the playoff spots for the title.

STV Roldán, from Murcia, is known as a difficult opponent in knockout matches. Their strong teamwork, intensity, and ability to perform in tough situations make them an opponent no one wants to meet in the semifinals. Roldán is currently ranked fourth in the 1st Division.

REYCO Burela FS has historically been a dominant force in women's futsal, a true standard-bearer of the sport. However, the Galician team is currently facing a challenging period, following the departure of their previous sponsor and a club restructuring. Their presence in Adeje highlights the contrast between a glorious past and an uncertain present, as they are currently second to last in the league with 8 points and just two wins. Despite their current struggles, their six Super Cup titles confirm their glorious history in the tournament.

All matches will be played at the Las Torres Pavilion in Adeje, Tenerife. The facility will host both semifinals and the final, further establishing Tenerife as a host for major national sporting events and strengthening its commitment to promoting women's sports.

The 2026 Women's Super Cup promises spectacle, historical rivalries, and potentially a new era in elite Spanish futsal, with Adeje serving as a central point for all girls and women who play futsal in the Canary Islands.
