The tenth Géiser Forum, themed "Philosophy of Action: New Challenges," is set to take place in Tenerife on November 7th at the Auditorio de Tenerife. This year, Géiser marks a significant shift, moving beyond just inspiration to focus on practical action. The forum will explore how knowledge can drive real, ethical, and sustainable change within organizations.
The "Philosophy of Action" believes that ideas are only truly valuable when they lead to real, meaningful results. It encourages organizations to:
- Act with integrity, avoiding anything that harms people or society.
- Look beyond superficial results and metrics, focusing instead on ethical considerations.
- Question outdated systems and foster critical thinking and responsible leadership.
- Fight against overwork and promote progress that benefits people.
- Make strategy a daily practice through "ethical micro-changes" – small actions that bring sustainability and values to life.
In a rapidly changing business world, facing new social, technological, and environmental challenges, Géiser offers a practical guide for action. It calls for brave, consistent, and people-focused leadership.

Making a Local Impact
To celebrate its tenth anniversary, Géiser is strengthening its commitment to the Canary Islands with "Growing with Roots." This educational project aims to turn schools into vibrant, sustainable environments.
The program introduces "Living Classrooms" – school nurseries that serve as climate shelters and biodiversity labs. This integrates environmental education directly into children's daily lives. Launched in 2024, the initiative uses social innovation, community involvement, and hands-on learning to inspire younger generations to protect and restore their local environment.
Pablo Marrero, co-founder of the forum and managing partner of BIPLAZA, stated, "Géiser began with the goal of bringing fresh ideas to the Canary Islands. A decade on, we're taking it further – transforming inspiration into tangible action that benefits our region and its leaders."
The Géiser Forum is organized by Biplaza and supported by numerous sponsors, including Turismo de Islas Canarias, Gobierno de Canarias, Flecher.co, Mínima, Cronotropovial, Zaguán, Economía Tic, Mayi Juárez, and Ayuntamiento de La Laguna.
