Tenerife Hospital Parque Upgrades Emergency Department
Tenerife's Hospital Parque has unveiled a state-of-the-art, renovated Emergency department designed to enhance healthcare services for both residents and tourists.
Tenerife's private healthcare sector is growing, with Hospital Parque in the capital opening a newly renovated Emergency department. The hospital states this project is a major upgrade of its facilities, designed to boost healthcare services in a key part of the Canary Islands, where there's a constant demand for care from both residents and tourists.
The new 235.68 square meter space features the latest technology and has been redesigned to improve patient care and safety. It includes separate areas for general medicine and children, with a dedicated consultation room for initial assessments. There are also two examination rooms, one equipped for CPR, three observation beds for adults, and a treatment room. A children's observation area has been added for proper monitoring. The renovation also includes a new entrance adapted for people with reduced mobility and stretchers, making arrival easier for everyone.
This investment at Hospital Parque Tenerife is part of the Hospitales Parque group's strategy to constantly improve its services. Marta García Camí, the group's Canary Islands director, highlighted that the project significantly enhances healthcare quality, accessibility, and comfort for both patients and staff. She added that the new facilities meet current public demand and strict health standards, combining efficiency with modern design and operation.
Hospitales Parque, part of the Helvetia Caser group, operates seven hospitals and three clinics across the Canary Islands, Extremadura, Mallorca, and Talavera de la Reina. Their approach focuses on personal care, supported by advanced technology and expert teams, offering a wide range of specialties and a comprehensive, safe service. Being part of Helvetia Caser strengthens their ability to provide innovative healthcare tailored to each patient's needs.
