Tenerife’s Cook Music Fest is set to transform the Canary Islands' events industry by hosting international stars and immersive leisure experiences at the port of Santa Cruz from July 16–18.

The Canary Islands' events industry is reaching a turning point with the upcoming Tenerife Cook Music Fest. Scheduled for July 16–18 at the port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the festival aims to set a new standard for large-scale events in the archipelago. By utilizing a 75,000-square-meter space, organizers hope to boost tourism and cultural growth while attracting a massive audience.

The festival offers much more than just music. The venue will feature interactive leisure zones, a shopping area, and a large Ferris wheel, reflecting the modern trend of turning festivals into all-encompassing experiences. To keep attendees engaged throughout the day, the event will also include an open-air gourmet food zone.

The musical lineup features fifteen international stars spanning urban, pop, and tropical genres. The festival kicks off on Thursday, July 16, with Don Omar, followed by Chayanne and Olga Tañón on Friday, and concludes with Elvis Crespo on Saturday.

This event highlights the professionalization and recovery of Spain’s live music sector, where hosting major shows on the islands has become vital for the local economy. By successfully utilizing port infrastructure for such a complex production, Tenerife is cementing its position as a key stop for international tours during the summer season.
