Tenerife’s public transport operator Titsa will adjust a dozen night bus routes this Sunday as clocks move back one hour for the start of winter time.

This Sunday, October 25, clocks across the country will be set back to mark the start of winter time. In Tenerife, this change requires a temporary adjustment to public transport schedules.

Transportes Interurbanos de Tenerife (Titsa) has announced that the shift—which moves the time from 02:00 back to 01:00 in the Canary Islands—will affect a dozen night routes. To keep services running smoothly, buses scheduled between 02:00 and 05:00 on Sunday morning will depart one hour earlier than usual.

Titsa advises passengers to check their travel plans in advance. Details regarding these specific night routes are available on the company’s website, through their customer service line at 922 531 300, and on their social media channels.

While clocks in the Canary Islands will move back from 02:00 to 01:00, the rest of Spain will make the change one hour later, moving from 03:00 to 02:00. This difference highlights the logistical coordination required to ensure that public transport remains reliable during the transition to winter time.
