The inaugural Summer Pop Tenerife festival will take place on September 13 at the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Exhibition Center, featuring a star-studded lineup of national and local urban artists.

The Canary Islands music scene is gearing up for a major event on September 13, as the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Exhibition Center hosts the inaugural Summer Pop Tenerife festival. Organizers have just expanded the lineup with several key urban music stars, highlighting a commitment to both local and national talent, backed by the Government of the Canary Islands and in partnership with LOS40.

The festival has confirmed performances by Gran Canarian artist Lucho RK, who is currently gaining significant momentum online, and producer and singer Danny Romero, known for his long list of chart-topping hits. They join Tenerife’s own Ruslana—fresh off a successful national tour—alongside creator Lewis Potter and the tropical duo Playacoco. These artists will perform alongside previously announced acts Álvaro de Luna and Leire.

This festival is part of a broader strategy to establish the Canary Islands as a premier hub for major cultural events. Produced by Encaro Factory, the event aims to blend high-quality artistic direction with large-scale venue management. The growing lineup reflects the energy of the local urban music scene and its increasing ability to draw large crowds, a trend that has been steadily rising across the archipelago.

The event kicks off at 4:00 PM. Tickets are available now through the official festival website and the Tomaticket platform. Supported by Canary Islands Tourism under the "Canary Islands, Latitude of Life" brand, the festival aims to boost both the cultural and tourism sectors in Tenerife’s capital.
