The Canary Islands will experience stable weather this Tuesday, characterized by persistent trade winds and a clear contrast between cloudy northern slopes and sunny conditions elsewhere.

The Canary Islands will see stable weather this Tuesday, according to the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet). Trade winds will continue to shape the forecast, creating a clear contrast between the northern slopes and the rest of the islands.

In Tenerife, the north can expect more cloud cover, particularly early and late in the day, with clouds settling between 1,100 and 1,300 meters. While the rest of the island will enjoy clear skies, light, isolated rain is possible in the north. Temperatures will remain steady, with a slight increase on the peaks; Santa Cruz de Tenerife will see highs of 24°C and lows of 18°C.

The northeast wind will be the main weather factor today, blowing at a moderate pace with occasional strong gusts along the northwest and east coasts. At sea, conditions will be rough, with northerly swells reaching one to two meters.

This pattern of clear skies with some clouds in higher areas will extend across the archipelago. In Gran Canaria, clouds will gather in the north below 1,200 meters, while La Gomera and La Palma may see light rain on their northern slopes. Lanzarote and Fuerteventura will start with some morning cloudiness before clearing up. Temperatures across the islands will remain mild, ranging from 17°C in Valverde to 24°C in Arrecife. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Puerto del Rosario, and San Sebastián de La Gomera are all expecting highs of 23°C, while Santa Cruz de La Palma will reach 22°C.
