Hernández, who hails from La Orotava, is a prime example of Spanish culinary expertise going global. Alongside this commercial growth, Hernández is committed to social responsibility, donating one pound from every sale to My Medina Schools, a charity that provides educational resources to children in Dakar, Senegal.
