Born in Barcelona in 1969, Garrido honed his craft through rigorous training at the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona and the prestigious London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA). This strong technical foundation allowed him to take on a wide variety of roles. His film credits include major productions such as Alejandro Amenábar’s The Sea Inside, Icíar Bollaín’s Take My Eyes, Alatriste, and Smoking Room—the latter of which earned him the Silver Biznaga for Best Actor at the Malaga Film Festival.
