Several cars were burned overnight on the Granadilla coast in two separate fires that are being investigated as intentional property damage.
Several cars were burned on the coast of Granadilla on Tuesday night into Wednesday. The fires occurred almost simultaneously. The owners have contacted the police, and the Civil Guard is currently investigating the case as intentional damage to property.
The first fire occurred around midnight, at 11:45 p.m., on a vacant lot near the Cueva del Santo Hermano Pedro road. Firefighters from the Las Chafiras park were dispatched to the scene. And already at 4:15 a.m., several more cars caught fire on Pizarro Street, in the La Tejita area. Not only firefighters, but also local police and the Civil Guard worked there.
