In Tenerife, two women were injured, one of them seriously, and hospitalized as a result of a collision between a quad bike and a car.

On Saturday evening, September 6, a serious accident occurred on the TF-21 road, near the 54th kilometer in the Adeje area (Tenerife). A quad bike and a car collided. Two women were injured, one of them in serious condition.

At 20:21, the Canary Islands Emergency Service (CECOES 1-1-2) received a report of the accident. It was reported that there were casualties after the collision of two vehicles.

The rescue service responded quickly. Paramedics from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) arrived at the scene – an ambulance, an ambulance and a first aid vehicle. The Civil Guard also arrived and is investigating the circumstances of the accident.

The medics examined the victims. One of the women was found to have multiple serious injuries, so she was urgently taken to the Nuestra Señora de La Candelaria University Hospital in Santa Cruz de Tenerife in an ambulance.

The second woman suffered a moderate shoulder injury. She was given assistance and taken to the private Hospiten Sur Hospital in the south of the island.
