Second Body Found in Tenerife Ravine in a Week
Police are investigating after a man's body was found Tuesday in a Tenerife ravine, marking the second discovery of a body in the same area in less than a week.
A man's body was found Tuesday morning at the bottom of a ravine in Tenerife. National Police are investigating the circumstances of his death.
The body was discovered in a ravine in Benijo, an area within Santa Cruz de Tenerife's Anaga region. Emergency services called in Tenerife Firefighters to retrieve the body from the hard-to-reach spot.
This is the second body found near Benijo in recent days. Last Wednesday, January 14th, the body of a 44-year-old man was discovered in the Benijo ravine, close to the Almáciga road.
Both deaths are being investigated by the National Police's Homicide Group.
