The fund has been raised to 60,000 euros—an increase of 20,000 euros over last year—to help ease the financial pressure of housing costs for university and vocational students.
Recognizing the growing challenges young people face in pursuing higher education and living independently, the council is offering grants of up to 400 euros per student. The final amount awarded will depend on the total number of eligible applicants.
To qualify, students must have been registered on the municipal census for at least six months. Applicants will need to provide a formal rental contract to justify the aid. All applications must be submitted online through the City Council’s electronic office, and a digital certificate is required to complete the process.
