Santa Cruz de Tenerife's emergency center warned against ignoring safety fences at Las Bodegas beach in Anaga, citing ongoing dangers and recent violations by individuals entering the forbidden area.

The Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council's emergency coordination center (Cecopal) has warned people about the danger of ignoring fences and warning signs at Las Bodegas beach in Anaga. This warning comes after two people were recently seen doing just that.

"We urge everyone to use common sense and respect rules and signs, especially in natural areas where conditions can change very quickly," they emphasized.

A photo shows two individuals going past a fence to get to Las Bodegas, putting themselves at risk. The center stated, "Access to this area is strictly forbidden for safety reasons."

Las Bodegas beach has suffered significant damage for five years. This situation led the City Council to declare an emergency last May regarding access to Roque de Las Bodegas.

A concerned resident from Anaga sent in the video, highlighting a problem that, unfortunately, happens too often.
