
Santa Cruz de La Palma: Trio Arrested for Robbery, Threats, and Break-ins
Three men were arrested in Santa Cruz de La Palma for crimes including robbery, threats, attempted squatting, and burglary, following a police investigation aided by public cooperation.
Police in Santa Cruz de La Palma have arrested three men suspected of several crimes in the town.
The arrests came after an investigation into property crimes. Officers identified and caught a man believed to be responsible for stealing two backpacks, threatening a shop owner with a knife, trying to squat in a house, and breaking into a restaurant. A second man was also arrested for his part in the restaurant break-in.
In a separate case, police identified and arrested a man suspected of breaking into the same shop twice on different dates. He allegedly used a stone to smash the door and steal items.
Thanks to the investigation, teamwork, and help from the public, the cases were solved quickly. The suspects have been handed over to the courts, and the first man arrested has been sent to jail.
