The mayor visited the El Sobradillo district to discuss infrastructure improvements with local residents, including sports areas and park renovations.

Mayor José Manuel Bermúdez, along with several councilors, visited the El Sobradillo district. They met with the local residents' association "7 Islas" to discuss what needs to be improved in the area.

People are asking for more places to socialize, where they can play sports and relax. For example, they want to set up a place for calisthenics or use the old playground for sports games. Residents also want the park near Volcán Tinguatón Street to be renovated so that it becomes a nice place to relax and meet on Los Majuelos Avenue.

In recent years, a lot has already been done in the area: the road has been asphalted, a canopy has been installed and tables for games have been added in the parks, the sports complex has been renovated, the Tabobo park has been improved, Faisán Street has been made more convenient for people with disabilities, and the central alley on Los Majuelos Avenue has been completed.
