The Reggae Can Festival returns to Tenerife on November 7th and 8th, 2025, featuring headliner Hollie Cook and a diverse lineup of reggae artists from around the world, alongside free admission and family-friendly activities.

The Reggae Can Festival is back for its 11th year on November 7th and 8th, 2025! Head down to the Paseo Marítimo in Punta del Hidalgo, La Laguna, Tenerife, for the biggest reggae party in the Canary Islands. It's become a major event in Europe, and this year's headliner is British star Hollie Cook.

This will be the London singer's first time performing in the Canary Islands. She's a big name in international reggae and will be joined by bands and artists from the UK, Spain, and the Canary Islands. The festival is known for attracting people from the UK, Germany, France, and Italy.

On Friday, November 7th, from 6:00 PM to midnight, catch performances by Prince Fatty & Horseman, High Paw & Morgana Souljah, Cool Up with Payoh SoulRebel and Sherlock Horns, and The Queen of Bass.

Prince Fatty, a British producer and engineer, is a legend in old-school reggae, soul, and Latin music. He's worked with Lily Allen, Manu Chao, and Marcia Griffiths. He'll be sharing the stage with Horseman, a top British dancehall vocalist, for a show that mixes Jamaican tradition with a modern vibe.

High Paw and Morgana Souljah from Galicia and the Basque Country are leading the way for women in reggae in Spain, with a sound that blends roots, soul, and dancehall. Cool Up Records from Seville will be performing their songs live with the Sherlock Horns brass section and Payoh SoulRebel, known for her warm and versatile reggae soul voice. The Queen of Bass, from the Canary Islands, will be playing a set that explores dub and jungle sounds, showing the connection between electronic music and the spirit of reggae.

On Saturday, November 8th, starting at 5:45 PM, Hollie Cook will take the stage. She's known for her unique voice in contemporary reggae. The daughter of Paul Cook, the drummer from the Sex Pistols, and a former member of The Slits, Cook has had a successful solo career, performing at major venues across Europe and America.

She'll be bringing her mix of British lovers rock, tropical pop, and soul to the Canary Islands for the first time. Also performing that day are Green Valley, a popular Spanish reggae band with over 20 years of experience; Chalart58 with Sr. Wilson and The Soul Adventurers, who will bring a powerful live show of roots, dub, and soul; and Profecía Crew, a band from Gran Canaria.

Plus, Canary Islands DJ Javadub will be hosting the event and closing it out with a fantastic set.

The Reggae Can Festival XI is a great chance to enjoy music by the sea. Admission is free, and there are activities for everyone, including the Reggae Can Kids area, workshops, talks, and eco-friendly initiatives.

The festival is sponsored by 'Islas Canarias Latitud de Vida' and supported by the Government of the Canary Islands, the Canary Islands Institute for Cultural Development, and the La Laguna City Council. The La Laguna City Council is helping the festival start its next decade in Punta del Hidalgo, La Laguna, which they consider the home of reggae in the Canary Islands.
