PSOE Santa Cruz Mourns Beloved Member Miguel Ángel González Batista

The PSOE party in Santa Cruz de Tenerife has announced the death of Miguel Ángel González Batista, a well-known member.

"He was a good person, tireless, and loved by his comrades," the socialists posted on their official X social media account.

Gustavo Matos also wrote on X, "Saddened by the passing of comrade Miguel Ángel, with whom I shared membership and many debates. Rest in Peace."

Another long-standing socialist, Luis Beltri, shared his grief: "Life often delivers unexpected, sad news. A friend, a comrade, a committed socialist, has left us far too soon, leaving us with an unbearable pain. It's hard to say goodbye to someone who meant so much, who shared so many struggles and ideas."
