The University of La Laguna will host university entrance exams for 5,466 students across four islands from June 2 to 5.

The University of La Laguna (ULL) is preparing for the upcoming University Entrance Exam (PAU), which will take place from June 2 to 5. A total of 5,466 students are registered for the exams, which serve as the primary gateway to higher education in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Due to the region's geography, the university has organized exam centers across four islands to ensure accessibility.

Most students—4,115 in total—will test in Tenerife. These candidates are divided into three areas: the Guajara Campus for the metropolitan and northern regions, facilities in Adeje for the south, and sports and school venues in Puerto de la Cruz for the La Orotava Valley and the northwest. For students on other islands, exams will be held at IES San Sebastián in La Gomera, CEP Valverde in El Hierro, and two locations in La Palma: IES Alonso Pérez Díaz and IES José María Pulido.

Of the total applicants, 4,571 are taking the general phase, while 895 are registered only for the specific phase. By subject area, Science and Technology is the most popular with 2,429 students, followed by Humanities and Social Sciences with 1,829. Smaller groups include 158 students in Plastic Arts, Image and Design, 77 in Music and Performing Arts, and 78 taking only the general modality.

The post-exam schedule is as follows:

  • June 12, 10:00 a.m.: Provisional results are published, beginning a five-day appeal period.
  • June 19, 12:00 p.m.: Final grades are released.
  • June 22–23: Students may request a formal review of their exams.
  • June 25–26: In-person review sessions take place.

The university also noted that the extraordinary exam session will be held from June 30 to July 2. Registration for this session is limited to June 23, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
