Ona Hotels & Apartments has opened a new restaurant called 'La Lanza' at its Ona Alborada hotel. 'La Lanza' is perfectly situated across from Europe's largest natural saltwater pool. It invites both locals and hotel guests to enjoy a special experience, with the added bonus of access to the stunning 3,800 square meter pool area, which offers incredible ocean views.

Positioned as a culinary highlight in southern Tenerife, 'La Lanza' serves delicious Atlantic-Canarian dishes. Everything is made with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, celebrating the rich flavors of the region.

'La Lanza' offers modern dishes that incorporate local influences in both their creation and how they are served. The menu also features a wide variety of fresh seafood from the local market and tasty rice dishes. For dessert, you can choose from popular options or local favorites like cheesecake, 'polvito uruguayo', and 'quesillo'.

But 'La Lanza' offers more than just great food. Its wine cellar features excellent Spanish wines, carefully chosen from famous regions like Ribera del Duero, Rías Baixas, Rioja, and Jumilla. The name 'La Lanza' (which means 'The Spear') was chosen carefully. It comes from the 'salto del pastor', a traditional Canarian technique where shepherds use a long spear to jump and navigate the mountains, helping them cross ravines and keep their balance.
