The accident occurred at 7:45 a.m. on the Carretera del Este, a busy time for commuters. A 29-year-old man was injured in the crash and required hospitalization. Emergency services, including a basic life support unit and a medicalized ambulance, arrived quickly to stabilize him before transporting him to the University Hospital of the Canary Islands (HUC) with moderate injuries.
