According to the 112 Emergency and Security Coordination Center, the incident occurred around 9:45 a.m. on Calle Punta de la Carrera. A motorcyclist fell while riding, prompting an immediate response from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC). After receiving initial care at the scene, the man was taken to Hospiten Bellevue for further treatment.
This incident highlights the ongoing risks faced by motorcyclists on urban roads, a group frequently identified as vulnerable in annual reports from the Directorate-General for Traffic (DGT). Local Police attended the scene to manage traffic and file an official report.
