Mar Abierto Festival Nears Finale with Ana Belén, Michael Jackson Tribute, and María Peláe

The Mar Abierto Festival is nearing its end with a fantastic lineup of concerts by Ana Belén, This is Michael, and María Peláe. These shows will be happening between now and November.

First up is Ana Belén, who will be performing at the Palacio de Formación y Congresos in Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura, on October 18th at 8:00 PM. The next day, she'll be at the Auditorio Alfredo Kraus in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria at 7:00 PM, but that show is already sold out!

Ana Belén is celebrating her amazing career with these two Canary Islands dates. She's won a Latin Grammy for her musical talent and is known for always changing and trying new things. Her new tour, "Más D Ana," features her biggest hits, as well as songs from her new album, "Vengo con los ojos nuevos," which came out in June.

Then, on November 15th, the tribute show "This is Michael" will be in Tenerife at the Pabellón Santiago Martín in La Laguna at 9:00 PM. Many people consider this the best tribute to the King of Pop. Lenny Jay, a Brazilian singer and dancer, will bring Michael Jackson's music to life. The show even includes Jennifer Batten, the guitarist who toured with Michael Jackson from 1987 to 1997. It's a night of great impersonations, stage design, and all the best Michael Jackson songs.

Finally, María Peláe will wrap up the Mar Abierto season. This singer-songwriter from Malaga is known for her catchy music with a message. She'll be performing on November 21st at the Auditorio Alfredo Kraus at 8:00 PM, and on November 22nd at the Teatro Leal in La Laguna at 8:00 PM. She'll be playing songs from her album "El evangelio (2025)," as well as her popular songs like "La putukita" and "Mi tío Juan."

Her new album is all about telling truths from different points of view. Inspired by the Gospels, it's a bold and unique album in terms of both sound and lyrics.
