Man Dies After Car Overturns on North Tenerife Highway
A 59-year-old man died late Sunday night after his car overturned on the TF-5 highway in North Tenerife.

According to the Canary Islands' emergency services (Cecoes 112), the accident happened just before 11:30 PM on the TF-5 road, close to the town of El Tanque.
Emergency services received several calls reporting that a car had flipped over and someone was trapped inside. Tenerife Firefighters were sent to the scene and had to free the 59-year-old man from the vehicle so he could be treated by medical teams.
However, paramedics from the Canarian Emergency Service (SUC), who arrived in two ambulances, along with a doctor and nurse from a local clinic, could only confirm his death.
Civil Guard officers are now preparing a report on the tragic accident.
