Los Loros Hill Climb Joins Spanish Mountain Championship Calendar
The Los Loros Hill Climb in Tenerife has been elevated to the Spanish Mountain Championship calendar for its 21st edition, scheduled for June 19–20, 2026.
The Los Loros Hill Climb has officially become a cornerstone of the Spanish Mountain Championship (CEM), marking a major milestone for motorsport in the Canary Islands, according to the Club ProGT Arafo. The 21st edition of the Tenerife event, scheduled for June 19–20, 2026, is now a key fixture on the national calendar while also counting toward regional, provincial, and inter-island championships.
To attract the country’s top drivers, organizers are focusing on more than just the race itself. They have introduced new logistical support to help teams travel to the island, alongside social and sustainability initiatives designed to benefit the local community. Full details on these agreements and technical requirements for teams are now available on the event’s official website.
As a national championship event, the race promises a high level of competition. Drivers who have not yet signed up have until June 10 at 2:00 PM to register. With the first entries already confirmed, the event is set to be a highlight of the June motorsport calendar, putting the organizational skills of the Arafo team to the test.
