The seventeenth Loro Parque – Siam Park cycling tour took place in Tenerife, bringing together 175 cyclists who rode an 81-kilometer route through the island's picturesque towns.
The Loro Parque Los Silos Natural cycling club has once again brought cycling enthusiasts together in Tenerife! On Sunday, the seventeenth Loro Parque – Siam Park cycling tour took place. There was a lot of positivity, safety, and sporting spirit.
This year, 175 cyclists, both professionals and amateurs, joined this traditional event. Together, everyone enjoyed the ride, camaraderie, and support for ecological tourism.
The Sports Councilor of the city of Puerto de la Cruz, Alberto Cabo, started the 81-kilometer route. The cyclists passed through Puerto de la Cruz, La Orotava, Los Realejos, San Juan de la Rambla, La Guancha, Icod de los Vinos, Garachico, El Tanque, Santiago del Teide, Guía de Isora, and Adeje, and finished at Siam Park. Everything went without incident.
More than two dozen cycling clubs took part in the race. Participants rode at a comfortable pace and enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere. There were two rest stops along the route where cyclists could catch their breath, as well as food stations where they could refuel and gather strength to complete the ride.
