
'Les Ballets Spagnols de La Argentina' Opens in Madrid
Antonio Najarro's collaborative Spanish ballet production, 'Les Ballets Spagnols de La Argentina,' has premiered in Madrid, featuring costumes by Tenerife's Yaiza Pinillos, before embarking on a national tour.
The Spanish ballet show, 'Les Ballets Spagnols de La Argentina,' directed by Antonio Najarro, has opened in Madrid at the Juan March Foundation. It will run for seven shows there until Saturday. This production is a collaboration between the Juan March Foundation, the Auditorio de Tenerife, the Teatros de la Zarzuela and la Maestranza, the International Festival of Music and Dance of Granada, and the Palau de les Arts de Valencia.
José Carlos Acha, the Culture Minister for the Cabildo de Tenerife, praised the quality of this joint production. He also highlighted that Yaiza Pinillos, a woman from Tenerife, designed the costumes.
The production will play at the Auditorio de Tenerife on June 5 and 6. It will then travel to Granada on July 11, Valencia on October 23 and 24, return to Madrid from December 10 to 13, and finish in Seville on January 30, 2027.
