Leal Theater Hosts 20th Charity Gala for AECC
This Sunday, the Board of Brotherhoods and Confraternities of San Cristóbal de La Laguna will host its 20th annual charity gala at the Leal Theater, featuring Atlantes and Entrevoces, to raise funds for the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC).
This Sunday, the Leal Theater in La Laguna will host the 20th annual charity gala organized by the Board of Brotherhoods and Confraternities of San Cristóbal de La Laguna. The event aims to raise funds for the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC).
Starting at 7:00 PM, the audience can enjoy popular music from the group Atlantes, who are supporting this cause once again. Joining Atlantes on stage will be Entrevoces, a group started by Canarian singers Gerardo Afonso, Pablo Díaz, and Lola Hernández. Entrevoces uses their music to highlight social issues like inequality, gender violence, and the effects of climate change.
Atlantes, formed in La Laguna in 2007, blends traditional sounds with contemporary styles, creating music without boundaries.
Through this gala, the Board of Brotherhoods and Confraternities reaffirms its dedication to cancer prevention, detection, and research, while also promoting the traditional culture of the Canary Islands.
