"Las voces de Cervantes" Showcases Literary and Artistic Fusion This Weekend

Zálatta Espacio Escénico in La Laguna presents "Las voces de Cervantes" this Friday and Saturday at 8:30 PM, a multidisciplinary performance featuring guitarist Silvia Nogales, actress Esther Acevedo reading Don Quixote, and cartoonist Josep María Rius (Joma) creating live art.

This Friday and Saturday at 8:30 PM, Zálatta Espacio Escénico in La Laguna (Carretera Monte de Las Mercedes, 119) will host "Las voces de Cervantes." This unique show blends music, live narration, and live art creation, offering a creative fusion of different art forms.

Guitarist Silvia Nogales will play music from Cervantes' time as well as modern pieces. Actress and choreographer Esther Acevedo will read excerpts from Don Quixote. Cartoonist Josep María Rius (Joma) will create live drawings that change as the music and narration unfold, forming a visual backdrop for the performance. Directed by Fredeswinda Gijón, the show is a celebration of Cervantes through the arts.
