La Laguna City Council's Public Works Department will begin road repairs and improvements next week. These projects, happening in various parts of the city, aim to make roads more accessible and better maintain the streets that see a lot of traffic.
Ángel Chinea, the councilor in charge, announced that work will start next Monday, November 10. They will begin on the final section of El Toscal road, a key route between Valle Tabares and Valle Jiménez. This part of the road needs a new surface to improve driving conditions.
Additionally, on November 12, preparation will begin for resurfacing and repaving La Era road in Guamasa. The main work is scheduled for November 17 and is expected to last about four days.
The Public Works Department has already informed local residents and businesses in these areas about upcoming traffic disruptions, detours, temporary parking bans, and other important details.
